1 Corinthians 4:7, “For who makes you different from anyone else? What do you have that you did not receive? And if you did receive it, why do you boast as though you did not?

A voice from the radio informed me that the music was "by Beethoven." The announcer was identifying the selection and giving credit/attribution to the one who created it. All that we are and have is from our Father. May we faithfully play the music He has composed for our lives--giving Him the credit and glory for all of the good we enjoy.

Dear Father, we are so grateful for the wonderful blessings we enjoy--especially the riches in Christ. Help us to recognize You as the Giver in all that we do. May we bring glory to Your name. Help those who are hurting. We ask this in the name of Christ, the Beloved. Amen.

1 John 5:14, “And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:

15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.
