"Pour Out Your Heart"

Psalm 62: 5 Find rest, O my soul, in God alone; my hope comes from him.  6 He alone is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken. 7 My salvation and my honor depend on God; he is my mighty rock, my refuge. 8 Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.

Dear Father, we are so grateful that You, our Rock and Refuge, hear us. May we pour our hearts out to You each day. We ask for merciful cleansing and strength to trust as we live for You today. Help those who are hurting. We ask this in the name of Christ, the Beloved. Amen.1 John 5.14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we asany thing according to his will, he heareth us: 15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.
