A tornado in January, 2000 inflicted much damage to the neighborhoods of Clarksville, TN. Members of this church traveled to Clarksville to insist in cleanup.

Dan Gulley, the local pulpit evangelist for the church in Smithville, Tennessee, has been personally involved in mission work in Guyana for several years.
